Files, invoices and attachments

Files holds every document and photo. Each new one is read once and comes with a suggestion, like “Add to Order SO-1042 (same number)” or “New row in Invoices”; nothing changes until you approve it.

1. Open Files in the menu and add files, or scan them with your phone.
2. Check the suggestion under each file: Approve, pick another list, or Not this.
3. Approve all takes every suggestion at once; Undo takes one back.
