Questions
Do I need an account to try it?
No. Drop your files and build your app straight away. Add your email at the end if you want to keep it.
Which files can I use?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm), CSV, OpenDocument (.ods), PDF, photos (JPG, PNG, WebP), Word (.docx), text files and zipped folders – up to 50 files at once, 25 MB each.
Does it change my spreadsheet?
No. We read a copy and your file stays as it is. When you have a newer version, “Update the data” reads it into the same app.
What happens to my PDFs and photos?
They are read during the build: partner, number, dates, amounts and lines. Each becomes a row with the file attached; one whose number is already in your lists goes on that row, and a total that differs is shown as a thing to check.
Where is my data kept?
In Frankfurt, Germany. Your data and files are never used to train AI models. The Data Processing Agreement has the details.
Can I change the app later?
Yes. Ask the assistant in plain words – a new column, a view, a box on the dashboard. You see the change first, apply it, and can undo it.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite them with a link: up to 3 people on Starter, as many as you like on Pro and Business, with roles for who may change what.
Can I take my data out?
Yes. Every list downloads as Excel or CSV, on every plan.
