14 days free on any plan. Stripe asks for your card at the start and charges it on day 15; cancel before then and you pay nothing. Your first app is always free.
Prices in US dollars. No VAT is charged: we supply from Dubai, UAE (reverse charge for EU businesses).
Questions
- What is an AI build?
- Building a new app (your first one is free), bringing new files into an app, merging two apps, or a bigger change you ask for with the switch above the chat box on Change the app. A build that fails doesn't count. Questions and changes with the switch on Ask are never counted, nor is using the app itself – lists, rows, the dashboard, exports.
- What if the AI builds run out?
- Your apps keep working, and questions and changes with the switch on Ask go on as usual. For more AI builds, buy 5 more with one click (they don't expire while your plan is active) or move to a bigger plan; nothing is ever charged without your click. Unused ones carry over to the next month, up to one month's worth. The free trial includes 5 AI builds.
- How many people can use one app?
- Starter allows up to 3 team members; Pro, Business and Enterprise have no limit. You pay for the workspace, not per person. Invite people from Settings → Team.
- Is VAT added?
- No. Spreadless AI is supplied from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. EU businesses enter their VAT number at checkout and get a reverse charge invoice; everyone else an invoice for an export of services. No VAT is charged.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, in Settings → Plan and billing → Manage billing. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that your app and data stay visible and you can download them; changing them waits for a plan.
- Which files can I upload?
- Excel and CSV files, PDFs, photos, Word files, text files and zipped folders: up to 50 files at once, 25 MB each, on every plan.
- Where is my data?
- In the EU: our database and file storage are in Frankfurt, Germany. The Privacy Policy lists who processes what.
